You are invited to read our inaugural Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Report: Listening to Every Voice.

This DEI report aligns with the College's mandate to protect the public interest.  Achieving better patient outcomes stems from providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care.  As we continue to advance patient care provided by Ontario’s audiologists and speech-language pathologists, this report represents an overview of CASLPO’s DEI actions and activities over the past 3 years.

“Listening to Every Voice” means actively listening to diverse opinions, taking action to create equitable experiences and creating inclusive practices. As you reflect upon the information, we encourage you to consider how these activities may be relevant to you, patients and colleagues.

Read CASLPO’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Report.

This Report summarizes the College’s DEI Activities, Reconciliation Commitments, Training & Development and our priorities for Looking Forward. Embodying and promoting the principles of DEI is a part of the College’s Strategic Plan, and this Report demonstrates what CASLPO has undertaken to reach this goal.

Your feedback is welcomed.

You can find more information about related resources and the College's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts on the dedicated DEI page of our website.
